Rand accounts
A rand account means the balance, the bets and the limits are in rand. You are not waiting to see the casino’s conversion after the deposit has landed.
Your bank can still add a fee, and a card deposit can still be coded as an international transaction if the acquirer sits outside South Africa. That cost is yours. It is separate from the house edge and separate from wagering.
Springbok's banking page says the casino is played in rand only. That is the strictest version on this list. Silver Sands shows a rand and euro toggle, so you choose rand at signup rather than assume it. Apollo and White Lotus publish their coupons in rand, which shows a rand cashier, not that every other currency is refused.
Gbets is a South African bookmaker and its banking page is addressed to South African bettors. Hollywoodbets' visit button opens a registration path under South Africa. Its currency options are not described on this site.
If you hold rand and the casino balance is in another currency, you pay the conversion on the way in and again on the way out if you withdraw. Prefer a brand that lets you stay in rand for the whole loop, then check that the withdrawal returns rand to a South African account.
